Josh co-developed Six Seconds EQ Certification Training which he has delivered on six continents to hundreds of consultants, educators, coaches, psychologists, and change-agents seeking practical tools for learning and teaching emotional intelligence.
Josh is the co-author of the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment (SEI), the Organizational Vital Signs Assessment, Handle With Care EQ Activity Book, the EQ Learning Journal, and two volumes of the Self-Science EQ Curriculum.
Josh brings multiple perspectives to his work -- he is a leader in a ground-breaking organization, a father, an entrepreneur, and a change manager. Prior to helping create Six Seconds, Josh was a teacher in one of the nation's preminent schools for gifted students. Josh earned his BA Summa Cum Laude in "World Arts and Cultures" from UCLA studying the building blocks of culture and communication.. He and his wife, Patty, have two children, Emma and Max, and lives on the Central Coast in California.
