For the last 11 years, Josh has been teaching people to improve their emotional intelligence -- and showing people how to teach the skills to others. His clients include Schlumberger, the US Navy, FedEx, Banner Healthcare, and numerous schools and nonprofits.

Joshua is part of the founding team of Six Seconds EQ Network, the preeminent nonprofit organization promoting emotional intelligence around the world. He is the Director of the Institute for Organizational Performance.
